The Homeowner’s Association is encouraged to share information with the entire community by posting information in this unique portion of the neighborhood website. Board Meeting
Next meeting is September 8, 9AM at Omnione Executive Suites (Winn Dixie Plaza, Upper Level) 120 International Parkway, Suite 220.

Deadline for Architectural Review Applications
October 1 at Noon. Fax to PGS at 407-682-1956.

HOA Meeting
Meet at the club at 6PM. All invited.

Homeowner Association Fees
There is a one time capital constribution of $550 when any home is sold in the community. The annual assessment is $1400 which can be paid in quarterly installments.
