I just added my recipe for "Autumn Cheesecake" which was a hit at the Lady Magn's meeting. As with all cheesecakes, here are a few tips: Put a pan of water in the oven while baking to allow stream to create a moist cake, do not overbeat the batter, make sure ingrediants are room temperature before beating, and last but not least do not take out of oven to cool...leave in oven for a few hours - this prevents cracking of the crust. Also, make sure to grease the bottom and sides of the pan really well because as the cake cools it pulls away from the pan and needs to be able to do that. Enjoy. Here is a great site for those who like 'HOT STUFF'....www.the-best-hot-sauce.com Do you need to bring a dish to an upcoming event?
